Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

Opus Alarm lets AI apps set alarms on your iPhone. There is no account: we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts. We keep only what's needed to make your alarms work.

What we store

AI apps you connect

When you paste your link into an AI app, that app sends us the alarms you ask it to set. What you say to the AI is handled under that app's own privacy policy. We only receive the alarm details it sends.

Subscriptions and analytics

Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. We use Superwall to show the Pro screen, measure how it performs and check your subscription status. Superwall receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history, basic device details (model, iOS version, language, region) and how you interact with the Pro screen.

We use PostHog for product analytics, to learn which parts of the app people use and where they get stuck. PostHog receives the same anonymous app user ID, a random device ID, which screens you open and buttons you tap, basic device details, and an approximate location (country or city) worked out from your IP address. It doesn't receive your alarm labels.

Hosting

Our server runs on Cloudflare. Like any web service it processes IP addresses to deliver requests, and keeps short-lived logs to fix problems.

What we don't do

Keeping and deleting data

When you or your AI delete an alarm, its record is kept for up to 30 days so your devices can sync the deletion, then erased. Resetting your link in the app disconnects every AI app at once. To erase everything tied to your device, email support@opusalarm.com with the first 10 characters of your link (your device ID, the part after /mcp/) and we'll delete it.

Children

Opus Alarm isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
